I doubt they are the same mother. The priest baptizing Pedro and Monica identified the mother as Florencia, daughter of Maria Coelho from Corvo, a single woman with a mother. The priest baptizing Claudia identified the mother as Florencia, a single mulata and slave of Agostinho Antonio de Barcellos and his wife Dona Maria Thereza with no mention of other family.
If they are the same, the two priests sure regarded them differently.
