The upgrade to MacKiev is free for existing customers. Go to their website and click around for what you need. http://www.mackiev.com/ What I did was explain the issues I was having and my email was answered within 1 day. They provided me with the information I needed to download the upgrade file. It took about 5 minutes to do. I like the FTM software and I am so glad that they took over and addressed issues.
