is also possibly some sort of a M-LAXE$, 'whisperer, ventriloquist'.

makes me think that QASAM is creating or conjuring something that

AM, unless 'in their hands' is metaphoric).
I doubt that M-NAXE$ is related to NAXA$, 'snake'. Some think that
M-ONEN (Deut. 18:10) is a looker at clouds, but this is also doubtful.
