If you are not bound to RT it might be worth to take a look at an alternative: http://otrs.org/ There you can even find a demo system so you are not limited to documentation and screenshots :-) (I have to admit, that I don't know neither RT nor OTRS personally) Should this new system be used in addition to mantis or will the bugs be moved?
