I disagree. That is precisely what true equality does *not* imply.

How is there intelligence different?

and therefore have different jobs according to their

That is less and less the case as time goes on.

Baha'u'llah didn't exactly make a law excluding women, they are
excluded on the basis of His reference to the "Men of the House of
Justice." And there are plenty of reasons besides biology for Him to
exclude them, like the fact you can't put women in a private gathering
men in the Middle East without presuming an orgy is going on.
