Lets say you have a bunch of people inside a fort being attacked by a band
of aggressors.
There are a few women and a few men and a limited food supply that needs to
be cooked.
You will divide the defense up into men taking spears and defending and
women cooking and then when they can defending too though in a less physical
way.
So they will go into different roles. Now am i being sexist? No It is simply
the natural order of things. You cannot denny that different roles will be a
natural outcome of varying physical characterisitcs. Therefore no real
equality can exist between them in roles. Ie perfection comes through the
inequality of their roles.
Not saying this is the reason why there are men on the house of justice but
i am saying that men and womens roles are not ideal if they are placed in an
identical way.
