Kia Ora Susan. David is correct,  this man was not a Covenant breaker at
that time. He may well have become a Covenant breaker later on but at that
time when he was residing in New Zealand and Australia, he was not. To be
honest I have forgotten his name. I think it was around 1951 that the
Guardain was writings to him.

New Zealand never had a Covenant breaker until in very recent years. This
was a woman who came from England and Infected a New Zeland woman. I am sure
she has gone back to England. I have no idea what happened to the New
Zealand resident.. For all I know she has also left the country.
