Dear Ahang,

Well, I think the principle that is being expressed is that we don't use
contributions to the fund as an excuse not to make the agreed upon payments
of our debts. That need not have anything to do with debt ratios etc. It
just means that you don't say things like, "I can't pay your child support
this month because I gave too much to the fund."
