Friday would be a good day I think - this way we could spend the day
with David, you (Vlad) and me on the chat, and communicate directly when
needed rather than only by emails.

For the subject, we could discuss it right now, and maybe have a quick
chat on Wednesday or Thursday if we haven't agreed on something by then.

I'd also like to change our approach to task assignment - until now
David and I have mostly told you what to do and when. If you and David
think it's a good idea, I'd like to see if there is not a way to involve
you more in the choices.

Maybe we could start off the discussion with a few questions:

- What part of hackit do you prefer to work on usually?

- Is there something you have been willing to do on hackit that you
didn't get a chance to do until now?

- We have been talking about trust management (cf
http://farsides.com/wiki/Hackit_new_version_-_usecases_and_mock-up ) -
is there a small one-day task in that context that you would enjoy doing
on Friday?

I like this approach, Vlad what do you think ?

For the coming days though, I think that the first thing to tackle are the remaining bugs that Xav and I discussed with you last monday during the call and that are still open (https://launchpad.net/hackit/+milestone/alpha2.1, https://launchpad.net/hackit/+milestone/alpha2.2 and release note update). If they had been closed last week as planned then it would be possible to discuss a new task for next friday, but given that they're still open, I guess the first priority is still to close them, even if it prevents us from starting something new on friday. Vlad, here again, how do you see things ?

thx
D
