I'll have to have a more thorough look at the tools that exist to do
this - but I think it could probably publish the same thing the RSS feed
from Launchpad publishes - there isn't too much duplication. The only
unecessary commit messages that I get this way are the ones about merges
("Merged from trunk"), but even that can be good to know imho, no?

Hard to say - sometimes I stay in the chat for the whole day without
being disconnected. It may have something to do with the connexion
quality, as I think I get a timeout when my connexion drops temporarily.
I'll try to see what other script I can find.
