I like your pitch except for the part "and that they can progress and evolve
by hacking other AIs". But the question is then how does it tie meaningfully
with the gameplay ? The pitch is compelling and entails following questions
like : how do these AIs manifest themselves ? How do you interact with them
? What are they capable of ? What are their goals ? etc...
