The only thing is about the boxes on the bottom:
      * the left end of the News box and the right end of the Top
        contributors box are too glued to the side. 
      * The font size for the text for the news is too small now

I think you could increase a bit the width, it would solve the issue.

Also, keep in mind that the page will stretch to fill the width (ie use
a liquid design - cf the first page of this article
http://articles.sitepoint.com/article/liquid-design ). We can keep the
whiteborder, but the width of the central part will be made adjustable
by the integrator, otherwise in high resolutions the content of the page
would only cover 1/4 of the screen width.
