Probably from your own web site? [1] reads: Maintenance releases are, as source code, available to everyone. However, as packages (from a repository), they are only available to subscription customers on download.bareos.com. So if packages are only available to subscription customers, this obviously means that they are not available to community users. Or am I missing something?
