Hi Pierre, I ran some more tests tonight and it is working here, using the latest development tree. I was able to sync with the following characters in various contact and calendar data: é, á, ó, €, and £.
Let me know how it goes for you, and if you still have trouble with the latest Barry tree, I´ll need more information about your system and setup, so I can try to reproduce it here.
