Hi, I have successfully got batch importer to run and it works very well. My question is are users always required to upload the CDF file - even if that CDF is stored already in BASE? Would it be possible to have a configuration option to specify the CDF in a drop down populated from the entries in 'Array Designs'?
My other question is has anybody had problems viewing the hierarchical browser images under 'Bioassay sets' in BASE 2.2.1. On our system there are broken glyphs e.g. we get a broken link location for: https://images/joust/big/transformation.gif whereas it should be https://SERVERNAME/images/joust/big/transformation.gif where SERVERNAME='base2.blah.ac.uk'. Is this a problem with our configuration or a bug?
