Hi all,
I am trying to run the RMAExpress plug-in to import Affymetrix data, but I
get the following error:
net.sf.basedb.core.BaseException: Unable to import root bioassay.

I successfully installed and run the RMAExpressConsole, so I have no clue of
where is the problem.
I'm running BASE in a Linux FC6 with MySQL.
