Ok -- that's better. I changed the annotation type to enumeration and I did get the icon and when I clicked on it it did inherit the annotations. However, now there are two new problems: 1. The status field for this annotation still says that there are missing values (like it did *before* I clicked the icon) and 2. The raw bioassay has inherited multiple annotation values for this experimental factor although it only has a single parent with a single value for this factor (the biosource). From the earlier message in the thread (http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/msg01596 .html) it sounded like this was only going to happen if there was more than one parent with values for a given factor, or did I misunderstand that?
