I've seen no mention of the IMAX at The Tech museum in San Jose. It is priced separately from museum entrance. The screen is curved and stadium seating. 3-d???? been long time since I've been there. They had the latest Star Trek movie. Pam

Really good IMAX 3D screens such as the Metreon's are curved, so that the viewing angle is good from essentially any seat. AMC Cupertino Square 16 (a super-nice cinema generally, and a surprisingly good reason to visit the old Mall Formerly Known as Vallco) doesn't have a full-sized screen. Some commentators say the Regal Hacienda Crossings IMAX, Dublin is a full "IMAX 3D" venue worthy of comparison against the Metreon's screen. _______________________________________________ Basfa mailing list [email protected] http://lists.basfa.org/listinfo.cgi/basfa-basfa.org
