At 08:12p -0400 07/14/2006, David Livesay didst inscribe upon an
electronic papyrus:
Nope. By the time I remember it's there I've already done Cmd-N Cmd-V.
Same here. :)
And same with GraphicConverter, although I have used its scripting
counterpart.
I never use it in BBEdit, but I use command-J in GraphicConverter
regularly. The difference is that Command-N, Command-V does not work
in GraphicConverter - Command N brings up a dialog window which does
not even have the clipboard image sizes filled in, where command-J
does all the work for you.
Mind you, I never even noticed the command in BBEdit, so perhaps I'll
use it now (more chance if Command-J was the command key I guess ;-).
What does command-J do anyway? Oh, probably Goto Line by default,
but I use Command-, for that - isn't that just serindipitous ;-)
Not sure what the point of this discussion is, though. Maybe it
doesn't have one. LOL.
A point? Hmm. That would be a good idea...
Peter.
