The key one, for me at least, is:
~/Library/Application Support/BBEdit
And, I think (though there may be a serial number issue here. Any
Barebones staff want to chip in??) :
~/Library/Preferences/com.barebones.bbedit.plist
~/Library/Preferences/com.barebones.bbedit.PreferenceData
I'd also really like to keep my entire Sites folders synced:
~/Library/Sites/

If you have one machine that is always powered up, your computers are
networked, and you are only using one at a time, you can try making
the files on the other machines alias files pointing at the live copy
on the "always up" machine. That way when you try to use the
preferences, you are really accessing the same file no matter what
machine you are on.
