Jan said he was using Subversion to sync documents between his computers, but he hesitated at doing the same thing with his BBEdit Prefs, for some reason. Yes, Subversion is used for tracking changes to project files. I track changes to web documents. Different developers can update their projects from the central repository of data. Sounds like Alex and Jan use Subversion ot update their computers from the central repository. Very cool. Alex, I look forwards to your results! I would definitely recommend everything in Library/Application Support/BBEdit. Keeping clippings up to date is a big deal for me. For Preferences... am I correct that you would want both Library/Preferences/com.barebones.bbedit.plist and Library/Preferences/com.barebones.bbedit.PreferenceData ?
