Dear MAK

as far as I had been informed (from a reliable source, who would not care to
share any "political" issues either), they had a major burnout after the first
storm. Later, the products they installed were crappy, and at the moment they
are both trying to fix the existing crappy ones and find quality ones at the
soonest possible notice. As for downtime, they still cannot predict any
endline.

I might be wrong altogether, but the issue with BTRC seem to be quite outrageous
perception -- given our national habit and stand. I am even prepared to bet on
the issue of how many of the BTRC people actually know how radio frequency
works or how to identify if anyone has crossed the limits -- let alone any
suitable equipment to go for investigation :D.

happy linuxing.
