LOL BTRC is really a funny place to be. You know if anyone sends you a WiFi device by currier service (DHL, FedEx etc.) you have to take clearance from BTRC before releasing it from Zia Customs. About the frequency, AFIK BD Military, RAB and BDR has spectrum analyzer for analyzing used frequencies. So it's quite easy to catch what frequency is in use on the air.
