Tesla claimed to have the technology and know-how to envelop a city or nation in an impenetrable dome of electrical energy. He hoped that this would be the end of war because no planes or bullets or bombs could penetrate the shield. The shield would disintegrate anything that touched it. >From his experiments in Colorado Springs in 1899 & 1900, Tesla built the Wardencliffe Tower in New York where he was going send energy into the earth and atmosphere. No more electric lines to houses as all energy needs would come from the earth itself. Planes would fly without fossil fuels. All they would need is a electric motor tuned to the resonant vibrations of the energy radiating from Tesla's towers. (This sound like the flying vehicles that were powered by the crystal energies of the Atlanteans). Tesla also developed the electric shower. A person standing in between two large pancake coils would experience a warm tingling, envigorating feeling and be enveloped in a soothing light as all the dead skin, scale and debri was delicately removed from the body.
