Hi Lloyd,
My sister's father in law died of a brain tumor when in his early 
60s.  So did many of his work mates.  They had all worked at the US 
Embassey in Moscow and were under what was probably microwave 
bombardment if I remember correctly.  This would involve high 
frequency waves (maybe UHF in fact).
