To tell you the truth, James, I think we're way ahead of the ball game - but perhaps they're searching feverishly through USDA regs to see if the human and/or spiritual control of natural energy flows is allowable in the modern agricultural context :)

Yes. In terms of mammals I have an innate dislike of peppering for
several reasons, not least of which is that it does nothing about the
actual problem, just moves it on to someone else's shoulders.
