Is that the purpose of this list? It's a beginner's list. I would expect the purpose to be to help absolute beginners out. The analogy that comes to mind involves skiing. When you take beginner skiing lessons they don't teach you advanced techniques. In fact, in my experience, they teach you wrong, albeit simpler, techniques in the beginning to get you comfortable. As you advance in your learning process you are eventually taught better ways of doing things when it becomes appropriate. I think this holds true in most aspects of life.
