Blackberry's do not come new with a Default IT policy. The IT policy is
put on when it's connected to a company BES.

Unfortunetley, very rearely do I finf out beforehand when people get
new devices etc. At least with T-Mobile / AT&T its easy enough to
just pop a SIM card in to activate it temporarily. With Verizon its a
PITA
