Hello Everyone,
There are so many third party applications out there that removes the IT Policy 
from the blackberry and may reset the devices to factory default.
May be you can give it a try rather than activating the devices again with a 
Default policy applied on .
Try downloadind CrackUtil or JL_Cmder and use it to remove the IT Policy from 
the BB's.
