You could also call your service provider and have them reset the password /
blow out any email addresses attached to that PIN.

Also as a part of set up, you can make an account associated with that PIN
so they cant log in to make a new one.

I think someone recommended making the account the phone number, and then IT
can have a generic password for all the accounts.
