Hide the icon. Seriously :)

This happened to a few of our users, but the devices were 8300. Even after
wiping, latest firmware, delete and re-add to BES, 1 or 2 people STILL get the
EA icon occasionally. And this was before BES 5.0 :( Very strange!

Subject: [Bes-admins] Enterprise Activation showing up after migration to BES v5

I just installed BES v5 with a temp SRP. My production is still BES v4.1.6.

I have moved 10 people onto the new BES v5 server. Out of the 10, 3 are having
problems with the Enterprise Activation icon showing up on the home screen. It
is not running through EA, the icon is just there. And the BB is working
properly otherwise. If I assign an Activation password and have them run
through the activation, it appears to complete, but after the activation, the
icon has come back. When you click on the EA icon, it is a normal EA screen
where you put in your email address and activation password. A battery pull
also does help, the EA icon goes away, but comes back after a few minutes.

I can't really see anything similar among the users, one is on a 9700 and the
other two are on 9000's, but we have other users on 9700's and 9000's that are
not having this issue. None of them have any special permissions on the BES
other than as a normal user. They all have the default IT policy assigned.
I'm not really sure what else to check.

Has anyone else experienced this and if so, what did you do to resolve it?

Thanks!

d
