Good find Chris, I'll look into that. That kind of supports Guido's idea of
removing all service books, but easier.

Dunno if you have tried this yet.

Last comment about deleting all DESKTOP service books. It may be a little
easier than having every1 install DM. that is if it works. HA.

toBES v5

Guido,

Doing the ALT cnfg on the EA screen didn't work either. It did force the
activation to go through, but after a couple of hours the EA icon came back.

David Osborne mentioned something about connecting to Desktop Manager, is this
the Web Desktop Manager or the regular/old school one? In the Web Desktop
Manager I don't see anything to generate a new encryption key. I can install
the regular/old school one if that's what I need to use to generate a new key.
And that's find for the few users here in the office that have BB's, what about
all the 75 field users? A great portion of them aren't technically inclined
and to ask them to install the DM, generate a new key and reactivate is really
stretching it...

I really hope I don't have to wipe/activate these users, but at least that's a
little easier than having them install something on their system, etc.

Dahrl, a wipe and activate should of course do it.. but do we want this?

Thats to easy and typically not what the users wants...
