Darhl, I meant to send you an email when I saw you were going to use the ET... We did a migration about a month ago and had the exact same issue on two different BES environments. At first everything looked good, then random BB's got the Activation Icon... and even worse, other random users started to lose random contacts. Ultimately out of about 70 users about 30 of them had issues. When a user had the icon or missing contacts, I just reset their EA password and had them reactivate ota and everything was fine after that.
