Subject: [Bes-admins] Best Practice when a current BES user gets a newer BB HH
I think there are 2 ways to do it:
1) Wipe old HH device but leave BES user setup & activate
new device
2) Delete user from BES and re-create user & activate
new device
Which way is considered Best Practice?
