Why even wipe the old one until it was necessary to clean it off? Once you 
activate the new one with the carrier its as good as gone as far as bes is 
concerned.

I think there are 2 ways to do it:

1)      Wipe old HH device but leave BES user setup & activate new device

2)      Delete user from BES and re-create user & activate new device

Which way is considered Best Practice?
