Could be that someone doesn't see a PIN associated with your account and 
just figures it is old and deletes it.

That’s what is sounds like to me also, manually being removed.

Are you using BAS or AD authentication? Been running 5.xxx for 2 years now 
and have yet to see an admin account disappear on its own, it sounds like 
someone is manually removing your account.

I shouldn’t type messages before I’ve had caffeine. I meant I’m not on the 
BES server as a BlackBerry user. I am on as an admin and it keeps removing 
me. Sorry for the confusion.

I do the provisioning for our BlackBerry devices but I do not have a 
BlackBerry myself so I’m not on the BES server. Every few weeks I 
disappear off the BES server and am unable to log on. Our BES engineer 
adds me back and I’ll be good for a few weeks. Waiting to be added back 
has put me in a bind once or twice. Is there a way to keep this from
