Hmm, I never saw a KB article, but when I went through the upgrade it said "Upgrading database schema..." for about 60-120 seconds. It's possible it goes through the motions of that stage of setup even if there's nothing to update I guess.

Every few weeks I disappear off the BES server and am unable to log on. Our BES engineer adds me back and I'll be good for a few weeks. Waiting to be added back has put me in a bind once or twice.
