We got this a few times when the activation email was either blocked
or altered by an incoming spam filters. Check the user's inbox and
make sure the activation email actually gets there when you are
trying to activate. You might also see if the user installed BB Desktop manager on their workstation and chose "sync locally" instead of "sync with BES", although I'm not sure if that's still an option anymore. -Jason On 4/5/2012 10:58 AM, Mark Kraakman wrote:
