Hi, Try activating to an external email address (ie. Yahoo/gmail account) to confirm the activation email is being sent from your device. If you receive the email, then I would be taking a closer look at your spam/virus settings. It might be that the activation email is not making it's way into the users exchange mailbox.
Also, I have come across where the OS had to be reloaded on the device due to corruption which resulted in the generated activation email being corrupt. BES would pickup the activation from the users mailbox as expected, but was unable to process due to corruption. Hope that helps...
