Mike The wiki page http://www.jsoftware.com/jwiki/System/Beta really does describe how to install J801 Qt. What part of the instructions do you not follow?
We would really prefer that the instructions be correct, rather than answer endless emails about this. Please be specific about the instructions that you cannot follow, or which do not work for you. Also, feel free to update the wiki pages. Thanks. For example, you say: "I had just located and downloaded the zip file j801a_win32.zip which does not contain jqt.dll, nor jqt.exe Where are these two files to be found when we need them?" However, the System/Beta/Install page explicitly states that the j801 distribution supports Jconsole and JHS, and additional installation is needed for the Qt IDE.
