Thanks. The problem is my jqt was built using a different compiler. I could upload those dependent dll but I'm afraid that will make much more confusion. I'll remove my from the download area.
To restore your install if you didn't make backup, download and unzip http://www.jsoftware.com/download/jqt/jqt-win-x86.zip copy the jqt.dll and jqt.exe to your bin folder.
