I have had very long ~120 second installs in the past using J601. From memory it was a reinstall on an older system, with limited disk space and virus checker enable. The timer number ticked all the way up to ~120 seconds (I was beginning to get worried) but then completed OK.

All it is doing is unzipping the install zip file and on any modern system this should only take about 20 seconds (although it is a bit slower if it is a reinstall). The unzip program we distribute with J in tools is a bit slower than pkzip and winzip but not that much.
