This is the intended behaviour.

At some point the J System needs to dictate the folder names. You don't ask to change bin or system or main or extras. The J folders are rooted in j602.

Why isn't C:\J\j602 adequate for your requirements? Presumably, eventually you would add C:\J\j603 alongside j602.
