I assume you mean the jumjum password screen. Unfortunately that screen doesn't let you know if the password is incorrect and the page just stays the same. So it is possible that you didn't enter the test jumjum correctly. The app will be fixed in the future to report a failure and a count. Can you tell on that device if there has been a transaction on enter (that is, request sent to server and page (unfortunately identical page) returned?
I'd appreciate it if you could try again from that device. Perhaps ffter you has a new user started from another device, you could try with your mobile as that login has a response that might make it clear whether enter is seen or not.
