Hi Eric, I was able to log in and use the server under the user name of bob_therriault successfully, doing some simple interaction, opening files, and running labs. I then logged off and logged in again using the same password, at which point it indicated that there had been two unsuccessful attempts ( I hadn't been aware of any unsuccessful attempts!). Since I was allowed a maximum of 5 unsuccessful attempts, I was allowed back on again and everything worked fine. I then logged off. This morning when I tried to log on using the same password, it indicated 10 unsuccessful attempts and would not allow me access. Trying it two more times raised the attempts level to 12 (the counter seems to be working) but no successful log in. I am using Chrome for Mac on a MacBook Pro running Snow Leopard 10.6.4 Let me know if there is any further information you require. I am very enthused about integrating browsers into the J experience.
