Not sure how jhs can work together with jgtk. However if gtkide has been
successfully installed, there should a file ~addon/ide/gtk/gtk.ijs which
has a short-name gtkide.  So theoretically you can start gtkide either with

jconsole gtkide        # type as a shell command

or

jconsole
load 'gtkide'     NB. inside jconsole session
