Changes for SlimServer 7.0 seem mostly aimed at stability.  From what I
can see, there are few changes planned that end user will notice.

That's the awkward thing about stability (performance, ease of use, etc): users only notice when it's lacking. You might come back in a few months and say "thanks for improving stability, performance and lowering memory consumption". That would be nice.

Probably you're right: the end user is interested in bling-bling, new features, nifty interfaces.
