One other thing: can you spot ANY commonality between the 25% of the albums where the artwork doesn't show up? Diacritic characters in the filenames, perhaps? I've definitely seen cases where albums could be browsed to and played, but artwork couldn't be seen, with diacritics in the filenames. And, the behavior seemed to be different between windows and linix and also somewhat dependent on the underlying file system (ext2 vs ntfs) on linux.
