Albums... click on an album. You should then see a page that shows the list of tracks for that one album. If there is cover art, it shows there too. This is found by slimserver when you load the page. the thumbnails in the all album view are gathered by a post-scan process, which means there are sometimes cases where they are missed then, or have problems due to being resized on the server side. What you want to look for in the log is any reference to the albums that aren't working right now. Pick any one and look for it. If you have trouble, look for a reference to the path where that album resides, instead. Then you should be able to find a line something like "looking for images in...".
