SC is trying to register using that username/password. If it fails, it  
will fall back to the default system user account. Thus resulting in the  
same situation as with older version where you weren't asked for  
credentials.

In those cases a mail is sent to me ;-).

Either run the installation again or go to Windows' services control  
manager (settings/administrative tools/services).
